Anchorage Cheap Car Rentals - ANC

The vast majority of visitors will arrive at Anchorage Ted Stevens International Airport (ANC), located a few miles south of downtown Anchorage on the shores of the Cook Inlet. Across from the South Terminal is the Rental Car Center, where travelers can find Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Thrifty, Hertz, Alamo, Dollar and National Rent a Car counters. A free airport shuttle bus service to the Rental Car Center is provided every fifteen minutes from either terminal. There are additional rental company branches located throughout the city, though unlike many U.S. destinations prices rarely differ from those at the airport, but it’s best to check anyway. Most are located downtown in the vicinity of 5th Avenue or Gambell Street while several others are located directly east of the airport on and around Seward Highway.
