Kigali Cheap Flights - KGL

All international flights to the central African nation of Rwanda land at Kigali International Airport (KGL). The airport is located 12 kilometers from the center of Kigali and was previously known as the Gregoire Kayibanda International Airport.
The airport has three terminals: the main passenger terminal, a VIP terminal and a cargo terminal. The main terminal has two floors and handles both domestic and international traffic. Kigali International Airport (KGL) has been identified as a future regional hub on the African continent. As such, the Rwandan government has committed to continue making improvements to the airport’s passenger facilities and infrastructure.
Current facilities at the airport include the Aerobar which is a combined restaurant and bar that is open to the general public as well as passengers already airside. There is a small selection of duty-free shopping available in the terminal also.
Ground transportation is offered by local taxis and fares are to be haggled over!
RwandAir, Air Uganda, Ethiopian Airlines and Kenya Airways all offer between the airport and other African cities including Entebbe, Addis Ababa, Nairobi, Bujumbura, Dar Es Salaam and Johannesburg. The airport also serves as a transit point for the eastern Congo cities of Goma and Bukayu.
Brussels Airlines also has flights to Kigali International Airport (KGL).
