For most tourists in search of sun and fun on their way to Colima, their entry point to some of Mexico’s finest beaches will be through Playa de Oro International Airport (ZLO) in Manzanillo. Housed in a small but modern building, arriving at the airport is surprisingly efficient, with a well-thought-out customs area, different waiting areas for those waiting to board, and a number of helpful tourist information desks, as well as car rental agencies at the airport itself.
