Redding Cheap Flights - RDD

Redding Airport (RDD) offers very many regular flights to San Francisco (about 10 per day) and regular but less frequent flights to Los Angeles, Arcata and Seattle. As well as the scheduled flights there are several private charter companies operating from the airport and many private planes parked around the runway area.
Within the terminal at Redding airport (RDD) there is a full service restaurant—Peter Chu’s Skyroom, which as well as excellent food offers fabulous views of the surrounding areas.
Three major car rental companies have a desk within the terminal building and there is a courtesy phone in the arrivals area to call a taxi should you need one. Most of the local hotels also provide a shuttle bus to meet their guests but you’ll probably need to book in advance. Most “locals” tend to use the parking facilities at Redding airport (RDD) as they are plentiful, cheap and right next to the entrance to the terminal.
The airport gets quite busy around the peak commuting times but the check in process is quick and the distance from desk to plane is quite short so the process tends to be quite painless for those on flights to Redding Airport (RDD).
