 | | Desert Landing: Arriving at Reno Airport, Nevada | | | Getting from the airport into Reno can be done by taking the #19 RTC Ride public bus. Other options include the shuttle buses and taxis waiting outside the terminal or self-drive car rental from the many operators with counters on the terminal’s lower level, opposite the baggage pick-up area. It takes barely 10 minutes to get into Reno.
An information counter is located in the arrivals hall. Other airport amenities include ATMs throughout all concourses, a number of restaurants and fast food outlets, free wi-fi Internet access and a number of shops offering reading materials, chocolates, clothes, etc. Duty-free shopping can be found on Concourse C. Reno Airport is also very well equipped for disabled passengers. Currency exchange services are not available at Reno-Tahoe International Airport but gaming machines are!
Luggage carts are available but are not free, and there are no baggage lockers at the airport. Passengers flying out of Reno Airport without any check-in luggage can make use of the Web Check-In facility located at the entrance to the baggage pick-up area.
