The shuttle and shared-ride provider can be found on the lower level near the baggage pick up. Public taxis stand by adjacent to the North and South Parking Garages. Many of the major car rental agencies can be found near the central entrance on the terminal’s lower level.

There are a number of hotels located close by including the Comfort Inn, Days Inn and Hilton properties, all of which offer complimentary shuttle services.
Banks can be found on the lower level, while ATMs are also located on both levels. Lost & Found is on the lower level.

There are a few food & beverage options including sit-down restaurants, take-away outlets and pubs on both concourses. Shopping is limited but there is a good selection of reading materials, gifts, and kids’ games available.

Other Richmond Airport facilities include a medical clinic and free Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the terminal. An information counter is located on the upper level. All restrooms and public phones at the airport are wheelchair accessible.
