 | | Flights to San Jose | | | The airport has two terminal buildings. Terminal A has 16 gates and is serviced by a number of airlines, primarily flying to other US destinations. Southwest Airlines is the biggest player here and offers flights to a dozen destinations including Chicago, Las Vegas and Ontario in Canada. The budget airline, JetBlue Airways offers cheap flights to New York. Terminal C currently has 14 gates and is primarily a hub for regional airline Horizon Air. No international flights leave from Terminal C.
It's easy to get downtown from the airport. As well as numerous local buses, the free VTA Route Airport Flyer connects the airport to the Santa Clara Station for Caltrain and Altamont Commuter Express commuter rail services and the Metro/Airport Light Rail Station for VTA's light rail service. There are taxis available outside each terminal which will cost travelers a minimum of 15 USD or visitors can prearrange a limousine from numerous local companies. For car rentals, there is a free shuttle bus that takes passengers to the Rental Car Center. Most major car hire companies are represented. | | | |  | | |
