Flights to Santiago come from all over North and South America, and Europe. The airport features one international and one domestic terminal which are connected by internal walkways.

Information counters can be found on the Arrivals floor and Departures level. The airports also employs a number of strolling “ambassadors” to assist as necessary, and they are easily identifiable by their uniforms. There is also a Tourist Information Center on the first floor of the international terminal.

Other facilities at Santiago Airport include currency exchange counters, banks, ATMs, a post office, Internet kiosks, a number of f&b outlets including bars, a pharmacy, food court and a good selection of duty-free and duty-payable shops.

International and local car rental companies can be found on the first floor of the airport, both at the western end of the public area, and in the Arrivals Hall before baggage pick-up.

Other options for getting into Santiago include local buses which stop at both terminals. Mini-buses also operate and offer a door-to-door service. Tickets for the mini-bus can be bought in the arrivals area of both terminals. Authorized taxis are easily identifiable by their blue color and “taxoficial” branding. Taxis can be found outside the lower level of both terminals.
