The rental counters are located on the first floor of the passenger terminal near Exit 3. Avis is open 24 hours and Kumho from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. After completing the rental agreements, clients are directed to the company shuttles that deliver them to the car park area. Be sure to get instructions on where to return your vehicle. After you have a car, make your way to the Incheon International Expressway and bridge. There is an expressway toll in both directions.
Gimpo International Airport or GMP on the western edge of Seoul offers car rentals from Avis, Kumho, Hertz, Jeju and Sambo. The car rental desks are on the first floor of the passenger terminal near the arrivals exit and open from 6:30 a.m. until the last flight lands.
Car rental rates include the collision damage waiver. A full-size car runs between $100 and $120 per day. Rentals are also available with a driver, especially at the major hotels.
