Zagreb Cheap Flights - ZAG

The airport has a single terminal and welcomes domestic flights as well as flights from around Europe and Turkey. The airport is also used by the country’s military. The airport’s passenger traffic continues to grow and there are plans for extensions to the airport.

There are a few food & beverage options at the airport, including takeaway outlets and sit down restaurants. Most are not open 24 hours however.

There is a bank in the passenger terminal. Its operating hours are from 7am until 9pm. There is also a post office (closed on Sundays) and a few shopping options for local souvenirs and the usual duty-free fare from the airport’s one duty-free shop.

Getting from Zagreb Airport into the city usually takes around 45 minutes depending on the traffic. Zagreb Bus Station is located just across from the airport and buses leave regularly for the city. Shuttle services ferry arriving passengers from the front of the Arrivals Hall to the station.

Authorized taxis wait at the rank in front of the terminal near the left exit, but can also be pre-booked. Quite a few car international and local rental agencies can be found in the arrivals area. There is currently no rail link to the airport.

There are no hotels located at the airport site but the Aristos and Stella Hotels are not far away.
