Wherever the Wiz travels there is always some form of laundromat or laundry service. Many of the "business travelers" hotels have on site washers and dryers. The secret is simply pack for a week and maintain your clothes as you go. As to what to pack for that three week trip, consider what you will do.
For meetings, pack one outfit and casual wear for the rest of the time. Men can simply change their tie if they are meeting with the same folks a second day and ladies can use mix and match for round two.
When you consider that many meetings are "Business Casual," you can get by with a pressed pair of kakis or a skirt, dress shirt or blouse.
Packing a second pair of shoes is a must. Upscale hotels may provide shoe shine service overnight but check first before you set your shoes outside the door at midnight as you don't want your meeting to be too casual! |
